I am a licensed dental hygienist with a degree from the University of Maryland Dental School, Class of 2004. With over two decades of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with patients of all ages. I strive to help them achieve and maintain optimal oral health.
My passion lies in prevention. I take pride in educating and empowering patients to take charge of their oral health through personalized care and practical guidance.
In addition to traditional dental hygiene, I have a specialized focus in orofacial myofunctional therapy, which targets disorders involving the function and posture of the oral and facial muscles. These issues often go unrecognized but can significantly affect breathing, swallowing, speech, and overall wellness. My therapy work emphasizes nasal breathing, proper tongue posture, and correct swallowing patterns to support long-term health and function.
